1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide a better user experience, and give site owners useful information.

We also use similar technologies such as local storage (browser storage that persists between sessions) to store preferences and authentication state.

Essential Cookies

These are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. They enable core features like authentication and security. The Platform cannot operate without them, and they cannot be disabled.

Functional Cookies

These remember your preferences (such as theme and font size) to provide a personalised experience. They are stored in your browser's local storage and are not transmitted to our servers.

3. Analytics

We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics). If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain your consent before placing any non-essential cookies on your device.

4. Third-Party Cookies

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our authentication provider (Supabase) sets cookies strictly for authentication purposes and does not use them for tracking or advertising.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control and manage cookies in several ways:

  • Browser settings — Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. Refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions.
  • Local storage — You can clear local storage data through your browser's developer tools or settings.
  • Theme preference — You can reset your theme preference by clicking the theme toggle in the navigation bar.

Please note that blocking or deleting essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Platform.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our use of cookies or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please reach out via our Contact page.
