Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Changes take effect immediately — if you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference.
What counts as an "active shipment"?
Any shipment that isn't archived. Once you archive a completed shipment, it frees up a slot on your plan. Archived shipments remain fully accessible for reference and reporting.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose the discount). Cancel anytime from your settings — your data stays available until the end of the billing period.
Which plan includes Amazon FBA profitability?
Every plan — including Free. Per-SKU profit, margin, ROI, and break-even analysis are available on all tiers. Paid plans add higher capacity limits, duty & VAT calculations, and advanced features.
